Glass Vial Sorting Machine

This is a fully automatic vial inspection machine. full body is made with stainless steel upper portion of the body is covered by glass cabinet. operator feeds material to the conveyor belt. material then moves forward through worm screw mechanism then it picked up by turret mechanism turret has a gripper which holds the vial. vials then go to other star plate assembly. in between this process 2 high definition camera captures image of whole body of the vial to inspect it. then vial ejector mechanism looses the vial on star plate assembly. after that neck of the vials is inspected by other two camera. rejected vials picked up by plate no.2 and accepted vials goes to further process through plate no 3.
