Rubber Disc Sorting Machine

This is a fully automatic rubber disc inspection machine. Full body is made from stainless steel and glass cabinet. Operator feeds material into hopper. Material is then elevated for uniform positioning. Disc than lands on glass plate. Work is done by 5 high definition cameras. 1st camera inspects front of the disc 2nd camera inspects bottom of the disc and other 3 camera inspects side edges of the disc. Material than move forward to rejection and good piece stations. There are 3 stations first one is called third station where major defects rejected through air nozzle. The second one is called second station where minor defects rejected. Third one is called good piece station where all good piece collected for further process.
