Logo Sorting Machine

This is a logo inspection system. Whole system is situated on conveyor belt. During assembly process or dispatch process when caps runs on a conveyor belt camera-based vision system grabs the defects like logo mismatch, dented borders, particles etc. when piece comes under camera, camera inspects the piece and give results. then defective piece rejected through nozzle and accepted pieces go for the further process.
